    Mr. Tshewang Norbu is an Assistant Professor at the Gedu College of Business Studies and one of its founding members. With over two decades of academic and administrative experience, he has been instrumental in shaping the college’s growth and student development as the former Dean of Student Affairs. He holds a Master of Business (Research) from Queensland University of Technology, Australia, a Master of Management Studies from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Delhi, India. Apart from teaching, Mr. Norbu supervises and monitors undergraduate research projects, guiding students in developing critical thinking and analytical skills. He has published and presented several research papers in the areas of organizational behavior, human resource management, and customer satisfaction.\r\nIn recognition of his dedicated service to the Tsa-Wa-Sum, he was awarded the coveted Bronze Medal for 10 years and the coveted Silver Medal for 20 years of distinguished service to the nation. Mr. Norbu currently serves as a member of the College Strategic Committee and the College Human Capital Development, and as an editorial member of the Bhutan Journal of Business and Management.
