    Ms. Tshering Pem serves as an Assistant Lecturer in the Bachelor of Business Intelligence Department at Gedu College of Business Studies (GCBS). With a strong foundation in technology, she brings a unique combination of technical expertise, academic dedication, and a deep sense of purpose to her role. A graduate of the College of Science and Technology, Ms. Tshering holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology. She effectively integrates her technical background with business concepts to guide students through the dynamic intersection of data, strategy, and decision-making. Guided by her belief that education is a shared journey, Ms. Tshering often expresses that “in teaching, I am not only shaping future leaders who will one day guide our nation forward, but also learning from my students every day. They deserve the chance to explore, question, and grow, and through their learning, I continue to grow with them.” Recognized for her adaptability and commitment to excellence, Ms. Tshering is dedicated to creating an engaging, innovative, and empowering learning environment—one that nurtures leadership, critical thinking, and the courage to make a meaningful difference in Bhutan’s future.
