    Mrs. Kinley Yangdon is a seasoned academic and entrepreneurship educator currently serving as Head of the Department (Management) and Head of the Training and Entrepreneurship Center at Gedu College of Business Studies, Royal University of Bhutan. With over a decade of experience since 2011, she has led curriculum development, supervised research, and spearheaded initiatives that promote innovation and entrepreneurship among students and local communities. She holds an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, India, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education from Samtse College of Education. she further enhanced her academic and leadership competencies through the University Teaching Programme (UTP) under the Nuffic-funded TMT Programme (OKP-TMT.19/0024) at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Netherlands. A certified CEFE International Trainer, she has conducted numerous workshops and training programs across Bhutan and contributed extensively to research and publications on entrepreneurship, gender, and organizational development.Currently, Mrs. Kinley Yangdon serves as a visiting faculty at FH Joanneum University of Applied Sciences, Graz, Austria, where she teaches Lean Startup, sharing her expertise in innovation-driven entrepreneurship. Alongside her teaching responsibilities, she is a project leader in a Norway Government-supported project titled “Scientific Renewal: Developing Inclusive Business Model Concepts for Solar Food Drying in the Himalaya Region.”Her completed research works include “Explaining Women Entrepreneurship in Bhutan,” “Challenges Faced by Women in Pursuing Leadership Roles in the Royal University of Bhutan,” and “Impact of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance.” She has also co-authored Class 11 & 12 Business and Entrepreneurship textbooks for the Royal Education Council, Bhutan, reflecting her strong dedication to advancing entrepreneurship education and women’s empowerment through research and practice.
