  • Description:
    Karma Yezer holds a PhD in Business Administration and brings over 15 years of academic and leadership experience. Since joining Gedu College of Business Studies in January 2010, he has played a role in managing academic excellence and institutional development. His areas of interest lie in management research and education.
    He has held leadership positions, including BBA Programme Leader (2017–2020) and Head of the Department of Human Resource/Capital Management (2024). Currently, he serves as the Head of the School of Business Management.
    He is a member of the College Academic Committee and the College Human Capital Development Committee.
    He contributed to major consultancy projects, including:
    1 Customer Satisfaction Survey 2024 for Bhutan Development Bank Limited (BDB)
    2 Employee Satisfaction Survey 2020 for Construction Development Corporation Limited (CDCL)
    3 HR Master Plan (2020-2030) for CDCL
    4 Customer Satisfaction Survey 2012 for Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited (RICBL)
    He was awarded the Bronze Medal in 2020 for completing a decade of service to the TSA-WA-SUM
